The fees listed above are the maximum rates charged by INSULA REA in accordance with the decree of January 10, 2017, as amended by the decree of January 26, 2022. The fees are payable by the purchaser unless otherwise specified and are expressed in euros, including all applicable taxes, at the current VAT rate.
